We ensure service providers (e.g., Jotform) have equivalent privacy protections via contracts.


4. Media (Photos & Videos)
Photos or videos of your dog may be taken for training records or educational purposes only with your explicit consent, as indicated in your intake form.
Consent for marketing or promotional use is optional and can be declined without affecting your ability to receive services.


5. Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Data is stored electronically with encryption (e.g., SSL for forms), password-protected access, and firewalls. Physical records are secured in locked storage.

In case of a data breach, affected clients will be notified within 72 hours, as required by law.

We do not share personal information with third parties except:
